Two-Sided
Print a Document ![]()
|
The
easy steps for two-sided printing a document |
|
1 - Print the even numbered pages only with "ordered" clicked off. .... the paper comes out in a stack last to first; i.e. the last page is on the top of the pile. |
|
2 - Put the stack back in the paper tray face up. .... you are looking at the last page - right side up; i.e. you can read the last page. |
| 3
- Print the odd numbered pages now with "ordered" clicked on. |
| 4
(optional) - Punch holes and place in a binder. |
|
Note: If your document has an odd number of pages, then when you print the last section, either print the last page stand-alone, or add a blank page to the top of the pile in step 2. |
